Charlie Conron is the CTO and Founder of Life Design Analysis Software. LDA is a software created to help insurance advisors communicate insurance solutions more easily and effectively. Charlie's background is in mechanical engineering spending several years working for a magnesium diecasting firm, however, when recruited to the insurance industry by his stepfather (a 50-year producer) to see what technology could do for his practice his career path changed. Charlie saw insurance from the perspective of the consumers and saw a big flaw in how insurance is researched, presented and sold to consumers. Charlie created Life Design Analysis software working with his stepfather, after successfully tripling revenue they transformed the software to a web-based platform in 2014. The business has grown significantly year over year with thousands of advisors benefiting from increased productivity, revenue and compliance. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with his wife and kids.
